Time Shifter Clock
The purpose of this clock is to take the guess work out of telling someone in another time zone what time you want to meet.
Search for your own city and your partner's city and drag the shifter until you see the time you like and then hit the copy URL button.
Send the URL to your partner and they'll see the exact times you've chosen. In turn they can offer an alternate time by using their own time shifter.
